It will speed up the construction of Jieyang Cigarette Trade Center, the Logistic Center for Aquatic products. Puning Yuedong Logistic Center of Guangdong Tobacco Company and Puning Logistic Port for Medicine. It will speed up the construction of a batch of high-standard, large-scale and strong-radiation modern logistic parks, forming the structure of logistic parks with various characteristics and reasonable patterns.

3.Energy, Oil and Chemicals Base

       Taking full use of the location advantages of the region and the port, Jieyang will take Jieyang (Huilal) South China Sea International Oil and Chemicals Synthesis Industry Park as the carrier, speeding up the development of port industry of oil and chemicals and so on. It will pushing the construction of the energy bases of Huilai Power Station and Wushi Nuclear Energy Power Station, to make the city a base of energy, oil chemical of Guangdong Province.
